New Services for 2020
All our canine Hydro-therapists have to complete 25 hours per year of Continual Professional Development to continue to adhere to the Canine hydrotherapy Associations code of Practice.
This year Francoise has been studying a canine Merishia Massage course which is another service that we can offer February 2020 alongside the other treatments already on offer.
What is Merishia Massage and how can it benefit your dog?
The Merishia massage method incorporates non invasive, yet effective, deep tissue mobilisation techniques for the body and limbs. These techniques aim to ease tension in the muscles and aid movement in the joints to improve sports performance, general comfort and well being.
Merishia Massage can complement veterinary treatment in recovery from injury or operations, help with pain reduction and improved freedom of movement for animals with joint conditions, aid in overall performance, and can ease tension associated with emotional stress.
Please feel free to ask at the centre for more details.
